Join USA Triathlon Coach/NASM Personal Trainer Angela Park and a great group of runners for an interval based training group this 2018 season. Each practice will feature a different workout that will challenge beginners and advanced runners alike. This group will make you faster, fitter and be tons of fun!
Sessions will be canceled in case of inclement weather (lightning or heavy rain).
