Join USA Triathlon Coach/NASM Personal Trainer Angela Park and a great group of runners for an interval based training group this 2017 season. Each practice will feature a different workout that will challenge beginners and advanced runners alike. This group will make you faster, fitter and be tons of fun!
Sessions will be canceled in case of inclement weather (lightning or heavy rain).
Event details and schedule
Practices are Wednesdays at 9 am and 6:30 pm April 19- June 21. Registrants may come to either practice each week- the same workout will be coached. Coach Angela will be in touch via email before the first practice.
