Join USAT Coach/NASM Trainer Angela Park and a great group of runners and triathletes for an interval based training group this 2014 season. Each week a different run interval workout will be coached, catered to challenge beginners and advanced runners alike. This group will make you faster, fitter and be tons of fun!
Register for group you prefer, but all registrants may attend 11 am Wednesday Oz Park session or Wednesday 6 pm Lakeshore track session. Both sessions run April 16- August 20. Sessions will be canceled in case of inclement weather (lightning or heavy rain). There will be no 11 am practice on April 30th and no 6 pm practice on July 2nd.
