This class is for those who have never played tennis, or who want to improve upon their existing basic skills. We will learn the fundamentals of tennis and basic footwork while adding in high energy fitness that combines tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Regardless of your ability or fitness level, this is a great way to be introduced to the sport of tennis in a social and fun environment!
Limited tennis racquets available for use. Participants are encouraged to bring their own.
