JUST TRI the 4-week cross training incentive program designed to assist you in adding variety to your everyday workouts using a triathlon based theme. The goal is to perform three different cardiovascular activities (hiking, group fitness classes, biking, swimming, running) each week. During the 4-week triathlon, you can earn points by working out, strength training and answering weekly trivia questions (via email). Program includes weekly emails, tracking calendar and trivia questions.
