Small Group Training sessions are extremely beneficial for those who prefer ongoing instruction, motivation, and support, all while working out with some of your friends! Plus it's half the cost of 60-minute training! Small Group Training sessions REQUIRE an initial Fitness Assessment to determine current fitness level, training goals, and strategy for improvement. Sessions may include instruction on weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment, flexibility, core, balance training and TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise). Sessions may be requested to be held in the Aquatic & Fitness Center, North Grounds Recreation Center, Memorial Gymnasium, Slaughter Recreation Center or The Park.
