Are you new to workout out or uncomfortable in a gym setting? This program will introduce you to body weight movements, exercise machines, and other types of strength training equipment in a safe and effective manner. While focusing on proper form and technique, we will help establish and develop the basic fundamentals of exercise. By the end of this class, you will feel comfortable and confident in any gym setting!
