We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Movement combined with nature awakens wellness. We will move our bodies through a variety of practices such as yoga inspired stretching/meditation walking, our lungs through breathing exercises, our minds through readings/mindfulness practices and our hearts through connection to each other and mother earth. Come and be inspired. *This class takes place outside and is weather dependent* Adult participation required if under 18.
Note: Per Governor Cooper's order 204 of March 23, 2021, participants and staff will be expected to properly wear a mask over the nose and mouth where social distancing is not feasible outdoors and always when indoors. Exceptions include those under the age of 5, and those with medical or behavioral conditions or a disability that makes the person unable to put on or remove a face mask without assistance. If staff are addressing a group or seeking to communicate with someone who is hearing impaired, they may remove their masks for a period of time during the program and will maintain a 6' distance as much as possible.
