We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, March 4, 2022.
Enjoy a morning hike at McDowell Nature Preserve. This hike will be on uneven terrain and will be approximately 2 miles. If bringing small children strollers are not advised.
This hike qualifies for our 100 mile hike club. Come prepared to hike approximately 2 miles on uneven terrain. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring your own water bottle.
Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation follows all CDC guidelines and Governor’s orders. Participants are expected to wear a mask indoors at all times and outdoors only when participants are less than 6’ apart. At that time, we will ask everyone to wear a mask. If you cannot, you will be asked to stand more than 6’ away for everyone’s protection.
