About This Activity

The Point to Pint Ride is for cyclists who enjoy great beer, phenomenal scenery, the company of fellow riders and the opportunity to push themselves on a 100-mile, 50-mile, or 15-mile challenging course.

Full pint or 100-mile riders start their day with a pre-ride breakfast at Empire Farm Brewery in Cazenovia, NY.

Half Pint or 50-mile riders head out at 11am, arriving back at Empire in time to enjoy the post ride party with our Full Pint participants.

More interested in the after party than the actual ride?! Try The Sampler! A 15-mile "taste" of our local roadways. Your day begins at 2:00pm and brings you back in time for the post ride party at Empire Farm Brewery!

*COME READY TO RIDE: We do NOT have space available at Empire Farm Brewery for gear storage BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER the ride. Please plan on keeping all personal belonging secured in your vehicle while you are on course.

*PARKING: There is limited parking at Empire Farm Brewing. Overflow parking will be available adjacent to the Brewery at the Lorenzo Historical Site. Please follow the directions of our parking staff.

*Please remember, this is a RIDE not a RACE and the COURSE IS NOT CLOSED TO TRAFFIC. You must obey all NYS Traffic Laws, to include: riding no more than two abreast, riding single file when a car is passing, stopping at ALL traffic signs/signals and no headphones please. Helmets required.

*The course, while stunningly beautiful, is also complex with many turns. We have endeavored to mark every single decision point (i.e. whenever you have a choice to go right, left or straight) with COLORED ARROWS specific to the different routes. Please bring a cue sheet and map with you!

*SAG support on course: Limited. There is a mechanic following all rides. If you run into trouble, we’re there to help…when we can get you! Riders should bring along flat repair supplies as you would on any self-supported ride. Also please call 315-263-7575 if you need help at any point on the course.

*AID Stations: We will have fully stocked aid stations at Mile 25, Mile 50, and Mile 75 on the 100-mile route, at the Mile 25 mark on the Half Pint route, and at the Mile 7.5 mark on the The Sampler route. There will be water, Gatorade, energy bars, fruit, cookies, PB&J, and all kinds of junk food available.

*POST RIDE PARTY: There is no secure location for bicycles during the post ride party. Please plan on securing your bicycle inside or to your personal vehicle BEFORE coming to the party. There are bathrooms where you can change, but no showers available at Empire Farm Brewery.

*WEATHER POLICY: The primary goal of the Point to Pint Ride is to operate a safe event for everyone involved. We ride rain or shine and there is no rain date. In the event of severe weather, the Race Director may delay, alter or cancel the ride. Should the weather take a turn for the worse during the ride, seek shelter immediately.

Notifications about weather conditions, event postponement, course adjustments and event cancellation will be communicated via the following channels: the official website (, email notifications, Facebook, Twitter and other public address announcements.

Regardless of event day conditions, all participants should be discerning of their own fitness level. It is understood that each participant assumes personal responsibility upon entering the event and understand the inherent risk that bicycle riding presents.
