High Intensity Interval Training. A ?results oriented? cross training workout involving strength, cardio, endurance, balance & core stability. This cross-training workout will focus on one or more of these aspects & will be different in every class. A perfect cross training workout to push the student to the next level of fitness.
Hard Core - Tuesdays at 5:30am
All core ? All class!! Training your core will keep you upright & mobile as we age. A definite must on your to do list!!
FLOW Yoga - Tuesday & Thursdays 10:30 at am in the COMSTOCK ROOM
FLOW YOGA combines yoga ?asanas? together in a flowing pattern. Increased flexibility, improved balance & strength will be the benefits of this class. A great way to relieve stress, anxiety, and tension, focusing on a better quality life.
Pump Crunch - Mondays at 12:05pm

Flexible Core Strength- Wednesdays at 12:05pm
Focus on strengthening your core and improving your flexibility in this dynamic class. You will relieve tight muscles with several stretches and improve your overall core strength.
