Mat Pilates for Strength & Stability- Using the basic principles of Pilates: centering, concentration, and control, this class focuses on developing strength in the core muscles, improving posture, and increasing balance. Learning these abilities improves functional movement in daily life and can also help to prevent sports injury and enhance performance. Variations of exercises will be provided to ensure that clients of different levels receive a safe and challenging workout. $10 per class.
