Description
Each individual player MUST register for the league, adhering to Carlisle Parks and Recreation's WAIVER and RELEASE & must have their name/information on the roster.
Team fees are due 9/24.
SEASON: Thursdays, October 22 - February 25 + playoffs (no 11/26,12/24,12/31)
GAME TIMES: 6:15, 7:30, 8:45pm

Please self-screen as you enter the facility by answering the following questions:
1. Have you or someone in your household, had symptoms such as these in the past 14 days? --Fever (100.4 or above), cough, difficulty breathing, body aches or new loss of taste or smell
2. Have you, or anyone in your household, been exposed to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
3. Have you traveled outside of Pennsylvania in the last 14 days?
