This 45 minute class uses traditional yoga posture that are accessible to most in order to revive and mitigate discomfort within the body while lengthening., strengthening and stabilizing key muscles that can contribute to chronic and acute discomfort. In this class, students will use a chair for seated postures but all should be able and prepared to move around a yoga mat during each session. No yoga experience necessary.
