Experience all the benefits that strength training has to offer! Increase muscle strength, endurance and bone density by using free weights, exercise machines, and barbells. Core stability through functional training and balance are incorporated into your workouts, too. Workouts are designed to meet your ability, so exercises can be modified for delicate backs, shoulders, knees, etc. First time participants should contact Susan at 939-2255 or email@example.com to discuss your program. Please bring towel, MAT and water bottle to class.
First time participants should arrive 10 minutes early for bike set up.
