This class combines Cardio & Strength Intervals! This combination will keep the class intensity cranking but can be modified when needed. We will use free weights, machines & body weight for strength training and jump ropes, plyometrics and cardio machines to push the cardio! This class solves the mystery of how to "FIT" it all in. Please bring water, mat & small towel.
