Experience all the benefits that strength training has to offer! Increase muscle strength, endurance and bone density by using free weights, exercise machines, and barbells. Core stability through functional training and balance are incorporated into your workouts, too. Workouts are designed to meet your ability, so exercises can be modified for delicate backs, shoulders, knees, etc. First time participants should contact Susan at email@example.com or at 939-2255 to set up a workout orientation. Please bring a MAT, towel and water to class.
