Keep moving well and often! Learn Pilates and functional movement exercises to build core stability strength, and flexibility and improve posture, balance and how you move in daily life. Workouts are fun and challenging, incorporating body-weight exercises, light dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and foam rollers.
