This moderate class delivers a great cardio workout, cool-down, and stretch. This 45-minute class reinforces the fundamentals of spinning, including basics of bike set-up, heart rate ranges, use of resistance, and position transitions.
Wear cool comfortable clothing, hard-soled shoes (like walking or tennis shoes), bring a small towel, and water.
