Both classes deliver a great cardio workout, cool-down, and stretch. No prior Spinning experience needed for this 30-minute class. In a non-competitive environments, students will learn the basics of bike set-up, heart rate ranges, and position transitions in a safe and effective way.
Wear cool comfortable clothing, hard-soled shoes (like walking or tennis shoes), bring a small towel, and water.
