In this small group setting, you will receive guidance in how to build a tighter core, stronger arms and legs, and toned glutes!
Registration is required to participate. Class is held in the Weight Room. You are required to be 6 feet apart, and must wear a mask according to SSC Health guidelines. You have the option to bring your own mat, and a set of dumbbells. Any weight room equipment used will be cleaned in-between each use.
Registration is required to participate. Please bring a your mat, a set of dumbbells, and a mini resistance band for glute training. You'll be safely spaced 6 feet apart, however, space is limited under the SSC Health guidelines. Wearing a mask is suggested, but not required. Class is held at the Campbell Community Center. Instructor is Melissa Young.
