It is proven benefitable to emotional regulation and impulse control. Ronald Brand is a licensed psychologist with an extensive meditation practice.
Mindfulness meditation is an ancient practice for finding peace and calm. Current practice involves sitting and allowing yourself to be aware of thoughts, feeling and sensations without judgement. It involves learning to be aware of thoughts and be controlled by them. This 4 week course is meant deepen one's practice of mindfulness meditation using guided practice and opportunities for sitting and walking meditation in a group setting.
