Mindfulness Meditation is an ancient practice that has shown to calm the mind & body. A regular meditation practice can help reduce stress & anxiety, improve athletic & academic performance. It has proven beneficial to help with emotional regulation & impulse control.

For those with little or no experience in Mindfulness Meditation. Instruction in guided meditation, walking, quiet practice will be provided. Time for discussion & question on the benefits of meditation will be provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
