Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of Vecova's 33 degree pool while getting a total body workout with Janet!
Each week will start in the deep end of the pool for a gentle warmup using hand held dumbbells for floatation. A gentle to moderate workout that includes a variety of strength exercises and cardio intervals will include modifications to ensure that you receive a personal self paced experience. The program will transition to the shallow end of the pool for a relaxing float followed by stretching to end an enjoyable 45 minutes of fitness!
