Get the best of both worlds-Pilates and Yoga. Your instructor will focus on techniques that target areas such as the abdominals, upper and lower back, the hips and buttocks while promoting whole body alignment. This class is ideal for those who wish to strengthen their core and improve joint range of motion while being kind to their lower back.
