Become stronger, more flexible, and improve your balance and sense of well-being. You will need a yoga mat, a thick towel, two yoga blocks, and a strap. (8 classes.)
This will be a VIRTUAL CLASS taught via Zoom. You will need access to a phone or computer that has the Zoom app downloaded. Virtual class link will be emailed out 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Please make sure email on file is up to date.
