Description
An estimated 75-90% of all doctor visits are for stress-related issues. Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are an excellent way to reduce stress and to develop balance, flexibility and strength. Learn gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques and mindful practices that empower you in taking better care of your health. (9 classes) No class on 7/13 & 8/10
In person class provided that, LA County Public Health Department protocols allow. If not class will be taught virtually via Zoom.
