This is a fun and challenging workout to “oldies” style music. It is a strength conditioning class using weights and bands which will increase your strength and endurance as you burn calories. It will also improve your posture, bone density and balance. *Please have 1-4 lb. hand weights and a mat. (7 classes)
This will be a VIRTUAL CLASS taught via Zoom. You will need access to a phone or computer that has the Zoom app downloaded. Virtual class link will be emailed out one hour prior to the start of the class. Please make sure email on file is up to date.
