This is a fun and challenging workout to "oldies" style music. It is a strength conditioning class using weights and bands which will increase your strength and endurance as you burn calories. It will also improve your posture, bone density and balance. *Please bring 1-4 lb. hand weights and a mat. The bands will be provided by the instructor. No class on 1/20, 2/17 & 3/2. (8 classes).
