Yoga (Adult) Join us for thoughtfully sequenced classes, taught by a Certified Yoga Instructor, in an energetic, challenging 60-75 minute class. We will breathe, move, stretch & flow. Whether you are a first time yogi or have been practicing for years and just want to join an amazing group and practice yoga - come check out our class. You will be guided through a combination of intentional breathing, Sun Salutations, foundational poses with both holding & flowing (Vinyasa) movement to help you strengthen, improve alignment and balance. We focus on building strength, focus, confidence, and connection. We combine Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Yoga elements in our practice. Classes are fun, challenging and judgment free, we practice with music and end with a relaxing Savasana. You might just hear your favorite song! Modifications & Adjustments offered as needed.
