About this event
For many people across the world, the changing of the seasons often signals a change in diet. Like many cities in the United States, here in New York access to non-local and non-seasonal fruits, vegetables, and goods is not only expected, but unquestioned. During this program campers will explore different networks of food access, model inequities in healthy food distribution, and use all of their senses to dive deep into the great edible biodiversity our planet has to offer.
