Instructor: Laura Eliason In this 6-hour introductory course, students will learn the basics of machine knitting on their own individual Brother 864 standard gauge knitting machine. Students will learn the cast on and cast off processes, how to get a finished edge, how to increase and decrease, and garment finishing. -- All materials for sample making and learning the technique are included. Any additional materials will need to be supplied by the student based on their vision. This class doesn't include access to free Open Studio. The Morning Series are short in-depth classes, focused on techniques and projects that students can easily continue exploring on their own, at their home (studio).
