This safe, effective program to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. The instructor incorporates elements of yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and traditional exercise into a total body workout which is choreographed to appropriate music. Emphasis is placed on proper body alignment, posture and execution. Each class concludes with a relaxation segment. Please bring a mat to class. Light hand weights are encouraged, but not required.
