Early Dementia and Alzheimer's DiseaseParticipants will learn about some of the latest research focusing on the 2024 study by Dr. Ornish. Discover the key modifiable lifestyle factors to improving conditions of early dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. Learn how factors like plant-based diets, stress reduction, movement, and staying mentally and socially active contribute to improved cognitive functioning.Instructor: Ann Thomasset holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, and is a Building Healthy Communities leader with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
