YMCA Karate emphasizes personal development in a graded series of increasing skill and complexity. It helps build strength, stamina, and physical well-being through the development of technical skills and mental discipline. This program may focus on the disciplines of Seido, Shindo-Jinen-Ryu, Shotokan and Goju Ryu.
