Shark are able to swim crawl stoke for 100 yards using bi-lateral breathing, 100 yards of breast stroke , elementary back, back crawl, and side stoke. Perform the lifesaving sidestroke (one-armed sidestroke with inverted kick) for 50 yards and butterfly 25 with fins. Tread water 6 minutes using all four kicks. Swim underwater three-four body lengths. Properly use mask and snorkel. Flip turns for back and crawl strokes.
Students are placed into class based on their ability to consistently demonstrate the required skills. Since our program is progressive, students will be placed into the appropriate level each session.
