This activity is closed to further registration.
Fish are able to swim 25 yeards on their front (demonstrating symmetrical and alternate arms and rotary/side-breathing), sidestroke and scissor kick, and back (demonstrating symmetrical and alternating arms). Perform the resting stroke for three minutes. Tread water for one minute. Students are placed into class based on their ability to consistently demonstrate the required skills. Since our program is progressive, students will be placed into the appropriate level each session.
