MELT METHOD: A simple self-treatment designed to help with chronic pain and stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to become a Hands-Off Bodyworker nd reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body of self-care can be customized to your particular needs - from improving performance and decreasing the risk of repetitive stress injuries to eliminating chronic pain, regardless of what s causing your pain in the first place. Class 1 hour.
FLOW YOGA: Build strength and flexibility and learn to manage stress through movement, breath and relaxation. This class will offer basic to intermediate yoga poses with modifications offered for both the more experienced yogis and for beginners. Pace is moderate to fast with moments holding the pose and also opportunities to flow connecting breath and movement. Class is 1 hour.
MAT PILATES: Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. But, the Mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.
LIIT - LOW INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING: This is a low impact aerobic exercise class built to bring your heart rate up without all the big jump and moves of a high intensity workout. This class is perfect for anyone that has injuries, arthritis, or are just beginning in the cardio world. No equipment is needed - just a space for you to move. Light weights are optional for those wanting a scalp benefit, but is not required. Class is 35 minutes.
