About this event
Learn the skills you need for your future path by helping to run an actual business! In this program, you get to take part in the operation of a small business. Under the tutelage of a Youth Leadership Team, participants repair bikes, track inventory, manage marketing and sales operations, monitor financials, learn how to manage a team and more. They also receive a monthly stipend for their work. Middle School participants learn core job preparedness skills and begin to identify their passions, interests, and aptitudes. High School participants take a deeper dive into career exploration and post-secondary aspirations, including business-related projects, networking in the local community, and financial literacy.
