Learn the skills you need for your future path by helping to run an actual business! In this program, you get to take part in the operation of a small business. Under the tutelage of a Youth Leadership Team member, participants repair bikes, track inventory, manage marketing and sales operations, monitor financials, learn how to manage a team and more. They also receive a monthly stipend for their work. Middle School participants learn core job preparedness skills and begin to identify their passions, interests, and aptitudes. High School participants take a deeper dive into career exploration and post-secondary aspirations, including business-related projects, networking in the local community, and financial literacy.
