A combination of plyometric moves to football drills and suicides, this workout provides a full hour of cardio. This class is for beginners and can range up to intermediate skill levels.
Appropriate workout clothing and footwear are required. Purchase of a Monthly Group Fitness Class Pass or Senior Monthly Group Class Pass will be required. Drop ins are accepted for Non Members only with fee collected at the door.
