Prerequisites: Must be able to comfortably swim a length of the pool using front crawl with rotary breathing and one length of back crawl or successful completion of Guppy. Strokes are refined with a strong emphasis on proper mechanics. Minnows build endurance in all stokes including freestyle, backstroke, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, and breaststroke. Form and endurance are key to this intermediate level.
