Explore the versatility of letterpress by pairing traditional and contemporary printing techniques on the Vandercook press. Explore low-relief collage to create textural background imagery similar to rubbings and finish the prints with hand-set lead and wood type. Learn press set-up, ink mixing, and how to operate the press for both techniques. All skill levels welcome; previous letterpress experience optional.
