Join Belleville Parks & Recreation as we relax our minds and strengthen our bodies. This is a 1-hour Yoga infused with Pilates class! Instruction by Julia Wilkerson with over 13 years fitness experience. This is a beginner-friendly class as we offer modifications to those who need it. Open to all ages!
*Participants must bring their own yoga mat!
