Level 1: Intro to Water Skills
Enter the pool independently, travel 5 yards, bob 5 times, glide on front; two body lengths, roll back to a float for 5 seconds then recover to vertical position and exit water safely.
Note: Swim lessons are Monday - Thursday. Fridays are make-up swim days in case of inclement weather.
