About this event

Description

We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Thursday, March 2, 2023.

Whether you’ve been gardening for awhile or are just getting started, this DIY series is for you. This three-part series kicks off with seed starting. In this session, create a mini greenhouse and seed-starting pots using common household materials destined for the landfill. Then get your hands dirty making a soil mix perfect for starting pollinator-friendly seeds in the greenhouses and pots. Participants will also learn a bit about planting to benefit pollinators. All materials are provided, including seeds. Save the date for the other programs in the DIY Garden Series:

  • June 22: Flower Press
  • Sept. 28: Seed Save and Sips.

Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility.
