Trained Volunteer Instructors: Margaret Bennett, Mary Ann Hussli and Mary DesjarlaisThis program covers a variety of range-of-motion and endurance building activities and relaxation techniques. Improve functional ability, decrease depression and increase confidence in one's ability to exercise. We welcome all men and women over the age of 50 who are interested in participating in this class. Please note that this class was formerly called Arthritis Exercise. Punch cards will not be accepted for this program.
