Your Someday begins September 8th, at 7 am. Remember when you said, "Someday I want to run a half marathon or marathon"? We are training for Run for the Water 10 Miler plus Decker, 3M and , Austin Half Marathons. We are also training for Disney Race Weekend in January. Whether your running Disney half, full or doing the Goofy or Dopey Challenges we'll have you ready!
Run/ walk training will help you avoid injuries, have fun while training, and still be able to your Happy Dance across the Finish Line. This is our 14 consecutive year in Austin helping runners achieve their (Someday). FREE TEST RUNS!! Long runs Sunday mornings two days on your own scheduled.

The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and all ages! We focus on achieving your goal distance, injury free while having fun and building fitness. Bring a friend and join us for one of our Saturday morning weekly group runs (first session is free) and experience great comradery, effective training and lots of support. Training Program membership does not include race entry fees.
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained. People who want to try out Galloway Training may attend up to two group runs free of charge before registering for the season.
