Want to tame the tempest brewing in your midsummer night’s dream? Have you made Much Ado about having Nothing to do this summer? Cast aside the slings and arrows of misfortune. Come and join us as we venture deep into Shakespeare’s world by reading, creating, dramatizing, and bringing to life some of the Bard’s greatest plays. This camp will cover reading, performance, set building and the history surrounding two plays of Shakespeare: Midsummer Night's Dream, Tempest, Much Ado About Nothing, or Hamlet. About the teachers: Magistra Renee Mills is a former 6th English teacher and Magistra Leslie Sherrick is a current fifth grade Latin teacher. Both are seasoned veteran teachers who have taught all elementary area subjects and raised daughters who love great literature and poetry.
