Join the TEXAS rowing staff, including five time National Coach of the Year, Dave O'Neill, for technique and training methods of their two time NCAA champion rowing program. This clinic is designed exclusively for masters rowers. Head Coach Dave O'Neill and coaching staff are taking two eights of masters women on Lady Bird Lake for a two hour row. The morning includes: - Overview of the "Texas technique" - Ways to improve individual and boat skills - Post row review of video and biomechanics analysis*
